In this model, companies sell their products through independent representatives rather than through traditional marketing channels. 4. Matrix Plan: In this plan, representatives form a certain number of sub-teams. They earn commission on sales made at all levels. Matrix plans can be complex and pose a risk of fraud.

5. Breakaway Plan: In this plan, representatives earn higher commission rates when they reach a certain sales volume or team size. These plans can be motivating, but can be disadvantageous for beginners.
